Booking and payment

A request on the website is an inquiry. A booking is confirmed only after payment: a manager will send payment details to your chosen messenger.

For most tours a prepayment (from 30%) is enough, and the rest is paid on the day of the excursion. If the tour includes entrance tickets that we buy in advance, the prepayment is at least their cost. Some tours are paid in full — this is shown on the tour page.

Bookings for today or after 17:00 (Vietnam time) the day before require full payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• Moving to another date is free until 17:00 (Vietnam time) the day before the tour; after that, 30% is withheld.
• Cancellation before 17:00 the day before — 30% is withheld; on the tour day or no-show — 100%.
• If we cancel the tour or a storm does — we refund or reschedule. Light rain is not a reason to cancel.
• Illness with a medical certificate — full refund.
• Refunds are made within 7 business days; the bank may charge a fee.

During the excursion

Please be ready at the pickup time and follow the guide's instructions, especially on the water. The program may change because of weather and sea conditions — for your safety.
