RUVI Travel (Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam; website ruvitravel.com) organizes excursions and transfers. This page explains what data we receive, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
From a tour request: name, phone number or messenger handle, preferred messenger, selected tours, dates, number of adults and children, hotel and room number (for the transfer), and your comment.
When you sign in to your account: via Telegram — name, username, profile photo and Telegram ID; via Google — name, email address and profile photo; with a one-time code — the email address or phone number the code was sent to.
We never receive your account passwords and never ask for card details on the website.
How we use it
To accept and confirm your booking, contact you about your order, send payment details, and organize your transfer and excursion.
To let you sign in to your account, see your orders, and have the booking form filled in automatically.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send newsletters without your consent.
Google account data
When you sign in with Google we receive only your basic profile (name, email, photo) and use it solely to sign you in and to contact you about your orders. We have no access to your Gmail, contacts or Google files.
RUVI Travel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where data is stored and who sees it
Data is stored in the Convex cloud database; the website is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in code emails are sent via Resend, and messages via Telegram and WhatsApp.
Requests are seen only by the RUVI Travel staff who handle them and by your excursion guide, to the extent needed to run the tour.
Browser storage
The website stores your cart and your sign-in key in your browser (localStorage). We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking data as long as it is needed to provide services and for accounting. A sign-in session lasts 90 days or until you sign out.
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@ruvitravel.com. We reply within 7 business days.
