How we work
- A booking is confirmed after a deposit: usually from 30%, and for tours with tickets at least the ticket cost. The rest is paid on the day of the tour.
- A manager sends you the payment details, so there is no need to enter a card on the website.
- You can book until 17:00 Vietnam time the day before the tour. Later than that, only with 100% payment.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Moving to another date is free until 17:00 (Vietnam time) the day before the tour; after that, 30% is withheld.
- Cancellation before 17:00 the day before — 30% is withheld; on the tour day or no-show — 100%.
- If we cancel the tour or a storm does — we refund or reschedule. Light rain is not a reason to cancel.
- Illness with a medical certificate — full refund.
- Refunds are made within 7 business days; the bank may charge a fee.
